Local AI Workspaces
Three tools, one ecosystem: MCP server, project management, and AI planning — everything runs locally on your Windows machine. No cloud, no data leaks.
Two workshops, one ecosystem — local-first by design.
AI consulting and team training
If your company wants to move from experiments to controlled adoption, use AI Consulting for strategy and AI Training for team enablement: use-case selection, local model strategy, safe local tool setup, and team workflows using WorkJinn.
Local AI Models
For local workflows with LM Studio and other local AI runtimes, curated GGUF model downloads are available. They can be used independently from SindByte or WorkJinn.
SindByte MCP Server
ActiveSindByte MCP Server is the local tool package for AI programs. It exposes controlled file, process, and system tools through MCP on your own Windows machine.
- Port 5555, localhost default
- Local MCP endpoint on port 5555
- For LM Studio, Roo, Codex, and VS Code
- Controlled tool execution
WorkJinn
ActiveWorkJinn runs AI work through real project steps: clarify the goal, let an expert board plan, create or edit files, validate the result, and retry when needed.
- QuickStart for books, code, tests, docs, and prompts
- Project folders with logs, state, and evidence
- Action cycles with validation and review
- Includes Txt2Book.exe and CHM help
PlanJinn
Available V2PlanJinn is the separate planning workflow before implementation. It moves projects through approved stages such as Definition, Structure, Code Context, Stub System, Todo/Interfaces, and Status Logs.
- Plan new projects or continue existing ones
- Adopt an existing codebase
- Prepare plan, prompt, bugfix, tests, or docs work
- Current ZIP package and CHM help are available
