Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by a provider in Germany. When you open a page, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, requested address, transferred data volume, referrer and browser information. This data is used to deliver the website, analyse errors and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No trackers, no third-party services
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, icons and scripts are served exclusively from our own server; no data is sent to content delivery networks or other third parties when you view a page. External links only take effect when you click them.
Downloads and download counter
When you download a file through our counter, we count downloads per product and day. To avoid counting repeated clicks, a technically necessary cookie (aispr_download_session, random ID, 12 months, used only by the download counter) is set. A one-way hash of IP address, this ID and the browser identifier is kept for at most 60 seconds to block double counting and then discarded. Only aggregated totals per product and day are stored permanently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise (f)) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
Local browser storage
Some pages and browser games store settings or scores in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be deleted in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Baden-Württemberg.
Provider details: legal notice.
