AI Automation Sprint
We build one workflow that is usable after the sprint: lead response, meeting preparation, document review, report creation, email drafting, internal knowledge search or local Windows automation.

Sprint schedule
- 1Day 1: Define the goal, data, tools, boundaries and success criterion.
- 2Day 2: Build the workflow prototype across prompts, files, email, office, web or local tools.
- 3Day 3: Add failure handling, review steps and human approval.
- 4Day 4: Test real examples and improve output quality.
- 5Day 5: Handover, training, operating notes and the next expansion step.

Strong sprint candidates
Frequent work with clear inputs that currently consumes manual time: sorting inquiries, preparing proposals, summarizing documents, cleaning data, creating reports or drafting knowledge answers.
Not a good fit: undefined large projects without data access or processes whose results nobody can review.
Possible sprint deliverables

Lead Response Assistant
Classify inquiries, prepare follow-up questions and suggest appointments or next steps.

Document Assistant
Summarize and review PDFs, email or office files into structured outputs.

Internal Knowledge Assistant
Draft answers from existing material with source references and human review.

Office Automation
Turn Excel, Word, Outlook or local files into repeatable AI-supported workflows.

Report Generator
Create repeatable, reviewable reports from raw data, notes or exports.

SindByte/MCP Tooling
Connect controlled tools for Windows, files, web, office, data or specialist processes.

After the sprint
The sprint ends with a usable workflow, handover and a recommendation for maintenance or expansion, not merely a presentation.
